A small Japanese-inspired café where the afternoon slows down.
The idea
We made Komorebi for the in-between hours — between meetings, between trains, between one thought and the next. Sun through the window, a cup that takes its time, nowhere else you need to be.
一期一会 · ichi-go ichi-e
“One time, one meeting.” Every visit happens exactly once and never again. We make the coffee like we believe that.
The craft
Ceremonial-grade matcha, whisked to order. Single-origin espresso pulled on a hand-tuned machine. Hojicha roasted for warmth, not bitterness. Slow, on purpose.
From the case
Mochi waffle, crisp outside and chewy within. Matcha tiramisu, layered the long way. Hojicha pudding, set soft. Small batches — gone by evening.
Stay a while
Deep seats, warm light, no rush. Bring a book — we keep a few. The Wi-Fi is quiet on purpose.
